Spa tax:
€ 2,--per person and day, kids under 15 are free
Research institute contribution: single payment of € 1,10 per person

in each case per person rooms are ready for occupancy starting from 3 p.m., we ask you, to vacate your room before 11 a.m. on your departure day
By late arrival or early departure the daily price will be charged with a € 22,-- discount.

Our Cancellation - Conditions!
If you cancel your reservation, there would be following costs:

• till 1 month before arrivel date: 0 %
• till the 15th day before arrivel date:
  50% of the total price of the reservation
• from the 14th day before arrivel date:
  80% of the total price of the reservation

If you cancel your reservation on the arrival day, arrive later or depart earlier, we have to charge the full price of the reservation.
