The Impuls Hotel Gastein is located in the south of Salzburg, we are well known for our delicious cuisine. That’s why we are enthusiastic about using traditional and proven recipe‘s, which we have adapted to modern preparation method‘s. We are always excited to develop, discover and learn new things, we love to create a fine alpine cuisine with international influences for our guests.
We are very passionate to cook in a very down-to-earth and creative way. Instead of functioning like a rigid gourment restaurant, it’s more important for us to cook healthy, nutritious food and to create a warm, cozy atmosphere.
VEGGIE & VEGAN LOVERS ATTENTION: at the breakfast buffet you can expect a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes, at the dinner menu there is a daily vegan option and on request of course also a complete vegan menu.
Combined with carefully selecetd fresh and regional quality products from the region of Salzburg, we always offer our guests some options for special dietry requirements.
Our wine list with a choice of around one hundred and eighty Austrian and international wines has a main focus on biodynamic cultivation and is the personal selection of Bibiana Weiermayer & Somelier Edi. You will find many interesting wines from young to newly discovered winemakers but also rarities and amphora-dermented, natural wines. Every year we are also culvating with three selected Winemakers our individual Impuls“ wines.
Upon request we can prepare meals suitable to your requirements, from starters, main courses and desserts.
We all know what our little ones love, however we also realise that most parents want their children to eat healthy and noutriously, hence we have adapted our menu to suit all needs.
What can you expect? A delightful vacation ends enjoyable at our fireplace bar with chill out music with a wonderful happy ending ... You can expect a fine selection of local brandies, whiskeys, its own G & T Card and colorful, delicious cocktails.
