Regular yoga sessions are held 3 - 4 times a week with yoga instructor Fia Sonora.
"I LOVE movement. Inside AND outside. That's why I have dedicated my life to
movement. I want to create a place where people love to move and come together
to get to know themselves better. A place to reconnect with yourself, body AND
mind. Most of my life has been spent traveling. Traveling to magical, remote
places from the Amazon to the Himalayas. But also journeys into the depths of my
own being. Since then I have taken several yoga teacher trainings, from Hatha to
Vinyasa, to Yin Yoga, Inside-Flow and Aerial Yoga. I combine the experiences
from all of my trainings to create a holistic style of yoga that I am happy and
passionate to share with anyone interested."

"Yoga is very important in my life, in our health hotel
and, above all, yoga has a big place in my heart. The yoga path shows people of
different ages and constitutions ways to develop a deep and intimate
relationship with themselves and their bodies, to develop joy in movement, to
expand boundaries and to regenerate sustainably.
I teach mindful Hatha Yoga
with a therapeutic approach. I enjoy introducing yoga to people who are coming
to a yoga class for the first time, but more experienced yogis can also benefit
for themselves and their health in my classes and relax deeply. I always take a
holistic approach, incorporating my many years of experience in the spa and
health sector as a spinal trainer, sound therapist and coach.
More serenity and heart energy and a deep
connection are my personal benefits from my daily practice. I would like to share this with the
people who attend my yoga classes."
